As the visionary founder of Smart Destinations (now Go City), Cecilia guided the development of the technology platform features, architected and executed, the company's third party distribution strategy, and led her team to scale the tours and activities reseller business from $0 to $100M in annual revenue.
Cecilia is not just a leader, but also a speaker and author of two best-selling books. She co-authored "Unlocking the Secrets of Remote Leadership," a comprehensive guide to optimizing performance on virtual teams that was written BY virtual leaders FOR virtual leaders.
